While my career in aerospace started when I took the air traffic control pre-employment test at 19 years old, it’s always been my passion.
I’ve learned many lessons since my days as an air traffic controller, and gained extensive experience as I rose through the ranks to senior executive at the Federal Aviation Administration and the MITRE Corporation. But what most excites me is the opportunity to share what I’ve learned, so that companies, organizations and leaders can make a difference.
That desire to share is why I wrote my book: Navigating the Airways. In it you’ll find not only information on the inner workings of the global aerospace system, but also my leadership philosophies, perspectives on the past and future of air navigation services, air traffic control, air traffic management, collaboration and safety management systems.
You should check it out!
Steve literally wrote the book on air navigation services.
Additional information on his leadership philosophies and perspectives on the past and future of air navigation services, air traffic control, air traffic management, collaboration and safety management systems are available in his book:
I enjoy helping organizations and their leaders improve their performance through my personal experience in air navigation services, business, government and international operations. How can I help you?
